AIDS Resource Center Ohio is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. With that in mind, the following privacy policy is in place to protect personal information you may provide online. We will not share your personal information—such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address—with other organizations or businesses for fund raising purposes outside AIDS Resource Center Ohio without your consent. In addition, personal information is not accessible through the internet. The in-house database where the information is stored is password protected and only accessible by authorized staff members and/or others given written authorization to do so.
However, you should be aware that we give third-party vendors (such as mailing services) access to personal information on a confidential basis to assist with activities related to our organization and its programs—including, but not limited to, contacting you with our fund raising direct mail, events and similar opportunities, our newsletter, program updates and advocacy-related activities. This information is used only with our authorization and only for specific purposes, such as those identified above.
AIDS Resource Center Ohio may, from time-to-time, publish names and gift levels as a way of publicly thanking its donors. Corporate gifts will be omitted from such lists if the Chief Executive Officer, or equivalent, requests that the gift be anonymous. In addition, Individuals donors may request that their gifts be listed as anonymous by noting such on online or direct mail donation forms or requesting so in writing care of the Development Department.
