For clients infected and affected with HIV/AIDS in the Dayton, Springfield and Miami Valley region, we offer case management services including but not limited to assistance with budgeting, nutrition, transportation, completion of ODAP and HEAP applications and information and referrals to agencies in the community who can help HIV infected clients and their families reach stabilization and self-sufficiency.
In addition, ARC Ohio is the local provider of Ryan White Title II CARE and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) case management and emergency financial assistance for assistance with needs associated with being HIV infected. Financial assistance includes help with short term rent, mortgage, utilities, medical care, medication, nutrition and transportation for those who qualify. Proof of HIV diagnosis and household income is required for services. In addition, proof of household income and Ohio residency may be required for certain types of assistance.

In addition to general information, you will be able to find community planning group activities and meeting minutes where allocation and other decisions are made that impact all persons living with HIV/AIDS throughout the services delivery area.
The Dayton, Springfield and Miami Valley regional office also runs an on site pantry which is available to identified clients on the third Thursday of each month, between 2p.m. and 4 p.m. Pantry appointments must be arranged through a case manager with eligibility based on level of need.
