For clients infected and affected with HIV/AIDS in the Toledo and Northwest Ohio region, we offer case management services including but not limited to assistance with budgeting, nutrition, transportation, completion of ODAP and HEAP applications and information and referrals to agencies in the community who can help HIV infected clients and their families reach stabilization and self-sufficiency.
In addition, ARC Ohio is the local provider of Ryan White Title II CARE and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) case management and emergency financial assistance for assistance with needs associated with being HIV infected. Financial assistance includes help with short term rent, mortgage, utilities, medical care, medication, nutrition and transportation for those who qualify.

- verification of HIV status;
- proof of residency/address;
- monthly income verification; and
- any other pertinent information regarding your needs such as medications, bills etc.
